Pastoral Care Teams
Care teams are all about caring for one another. Five teams are already in place each with a team leader.
You and your team will show care and warmth to families in grief having lost a loved one. Sometimes it's as simple as a card, a vist, or meals to their home. Sometimes a more extensive outpouring of love is needed by serving and preparing for a large gathering at Trinity with a meal for the familiy and extended family.
Care teams also care families welcoming new life by setting times for a few meals and cooking delivering the meals.
